Privacy Policy (OBJ Studio)
Last updated: 20 October 2026
This policy explains how OBJ Studio, operated by OBJ Marketing, handles data when you connect a social media account.
What we access
With your permission, we access your TikTok basic profile (display name, avatar, open ID), account statistics (follower, following, like and video counts), your public video list with its view and engagement counts, and the ability to upload videos to your account as drafts or posts. For Instagram we access your professional account profile, media and insights, and permission to publish content.
Why
Only to publish content you have approved and to show you how your content performs.
Where it’s stored
Access tokens and analytics are stored locally on the computer running OBJ Studio. We do not sell data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models. Images for Instagram posts are temporarily hosted with a third-party image host for up to 24 hours so Instagram can fetch them, then deleted.
How long
Tokens are kept until you disconnect the account. Analytics history is kept until you delete it.
Your choices
Disconnect at any time in OBJ Studio’s Settings, or revoke access in TikTok (Settings → Security → Manage app permissions) or Instagram/Meta. To have your data deleted, email obj@objmarketing.com.
